Almighty Sycamore

In some cultures, sycamore tree is believed to represent the birth and a long life. Some families plant sycamore trees when they had a baby to ensure that the baby would have a long life. I consider myself lucky to have such a well preserved sycamore tree around my neighborhood and pass under its branches which hold the memories of a quarter millennium. It is like a bridge which connects the past to present, and hopefully, to the future.
